OUR
PRACTICE METHODS
We
exist to help those who need our
help--and we practice our profession
with that principle at the center of all
that we do. We bring our education, our
experience, our technical expertise, and
our energies together for one purpose:
to provide you with the best possible
legal representation.
We know
that many resources need to be brought
together in order for a case to be
handled successfully. We are experienced
in coordinating each of those resources
to bring about successful resolution of
your claims. Just as importantly, we
provide our clients with the information
they need about each aspect of the case
so that they may have full knowledge and
understanding of how their case is being
handled. We provide frequent updates to
our clients about the results of our
legal research and technical
investigation, case strategy and
tactics, and the development of the
damages portion of their cases.
In
performing our legal analyses, we
utilize the latest legal research tools,
but also conduct legal research the old
fashioned way, by going to the law
library. We do the bulk of the legal
research ourselves in order to ensure
thoroughness. We also consult with legal
scholars, utilize our three local law
schools, and rely upon our extensive
brief bank and case library.
Mr. Crouse is a graduate of the U.S.
Army's Aviation Maintenance Officer's
Course and Test Pilot School. Attorney
Crouse has co-authored a comprehensive
aviation law casebook, and he teaches Aviation Law at Duke
Law School, which enables him to stay
current with all current developments
and further enhance his experience in
this field.
Throughout
discovery and at trial, we employ state
of the art technology. This helps us to
thoroughly discover the important issues
in the case and to present the evidence
most favorably and interestingly at
trial. The latest computer technology,
both software and hardware, is used to
manage and organize all aspects of
litigation.
